Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy and Refund for First Year 2026-27

(As per UGC Refund Policy circular D.O. No.F.2-71/2022 (CPP-Il) (C-1 14546) dated 12th June, 2024 and UGC Notification issued in October 2018)

  • Admitted student can apply for refund at application portal dashboard https://application.somaiya.edu/
  • UGC Notification issued in October 2018 on Refund of Fees clause 4.1.3 and clause 4.1.4 shall apply (clause 4.1.3 is reproduced below for ready reference)
